Shipping and Refunds
SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Customers can cancel an order any time BEFORE it ships.
Returns, Refunds, Damages, & Missing Items
The customer has 7 days after the item has been received to ship it back (unopened) to us at their cost. If the customer is facing an issue related to an error in our shipping department, such as the wrong item was shipped or a missing item, they must contact us within 7 days of receipt to report the missing/wrongful item.
The Customer must write in to request a Return Authorization Number before shipping their return so we can credit the refund to the correct order.
We do not accept returns of opened or used products, only products that are in their original packaging material with all seals and wrapping will be accepted.
Returns are NOT accepted for any international order.

Free Standard Shipping on US domestic orders within 3 – 10 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery by FedEx. For international orders, the shipping fees will be calculated. The customers are responsible for VAT/duty/import taxes.
